Ian's Bronze Package is perfect for weddings under 80 guests or if you are after a shorter entertainment slot.
PHOTOGRAPH MAGIC

After the wedding ceremony, while the happy couple and wedding party are off having their photos, the majority of guests can often be left twiddling their thumbs and trying awkwardly to mingle with each other while watching the clock until the wedding breakfast. This is where Ian’s magic comes in! Ian will mix and mingle between groups for one hour helping people relax and have fun.
Ian helps the time fly by as family and friends experience amazing magic while laughing and joking their way to the meal. Ian is the perfect Icebreaker if guests don’t know each other Ian will help integrate groups and create a common talking point to break down social barriers making sure everyone is at ease and enjoying themselves.
Don’t worry about missing out on the magic, Ian will always have something special for the special couple and their close wedding party so no one will miss out.
This option is ideal for wedding parties of up to 80 guests and Ian will perform for 1 hour.

EVENING GUESTS (shorter)

Another drop in the day can happen between your wedding breakfast and before the first dance. Often the room is being turned round and your family and friends can find themselves with nothing to keep them entertained. As they are ushered out of the room by the venue team Ian will mix and mingle with the guests keeping their energy up, keeping them laughing and having a good time so they don’t even notice the time go by.
This is very good time to utilise Ian’s skills as the evening guests may well be arriving. With Ian as your entertainment in this slot your evening guests will be brought straight into the fun and they will fell like they’ve been there for the whole day ( and not missed out on anything at all!). Everyone will have something they can talk about together and a brilliant shared experience to ake them into the early evening and onto your dancefloor.
Silver Package
Ian's Silver Package is his most popular offer; perfect for medium to larger weddings and providing more entertainment for everyone.

If you have a larger number of guests (above 80) we would recommend this longer version of mix and mingle magic. Ian will be the perfect Icebreaker for your guests, just like in the Bronze package, but with the extra time he will be able to give everyone the care and attention they deserve. With a large group this part of the day can sometimes drag but with a bit of magic, literally, your guests will be laughing and joking and have even more to talk about! If you have more than 80 guests Ian would strongly recommend booking the Silver Package to allow him time to get round the entire group. Ian will stay for two hours of performing and keep everyone’s mood high between the ceremony and the wedding breakfast.

EVENING GUESTS

Using magic at this part of your wedding day helps bring both sets of guests together. Magic becomes the shared experience they can all talk about and keeps the energy up for those guests that have been to the earlier part of the day as well.
The Silver Package allows Ian more time to make sure everyone has the opportunity to be involved and experience the magic. Ian will perform for two hours and bring evening guests into the group so they don’t feel like they have missed any of the magic of your special day.

Ian's Gold Package; customised, bespoke entertainment with personalised props. Ian will provide fun and laughter for all your guests from ceremony to first dance.
PHOTOGRAPH MAGIC
As above, Ian will entertain your guests from the ceremony until the wedding breakfast with all the benefits this brings and no time restrictions.

MAGIC DURING THE MEAL
​
Ian will visit tables and entertain between courses as required. This helps the service run smoothly and the guests feel relaxed. This is quite a relaxed part of Ian’s performance as he does not get in the way of the food service but is always there in case any group needs a little boost or if conversation becomes a little stilted. Ian will vanish into the background as the mood dictates and during the speeches when all eyes are on the top table.

EVENING GUESTS
​
An improved version of Ian’s silver package; Ian will entertain after the meal while the evening guests arrive until the first dance. This way everyone gets to see and enjoy the magic which also acts as an incredible icebreaker for the two groups of guests. In the Gold Package there are no time limits meaning Ian will be there as long as the mood dictates until your first dance.

PERSONALISED PLAYING CARDS

The cards used in the magic routines are personalised with your wedding invitation design, or another design of your choice. These are then used in Ian’s magic and given away as mementos to the guests from your special day. Don’t worry, an extra deck will be printed you to keep so you will be able to play card games at home to decide who’s turn it is to do the chores.

THEMEING
Ian will speak to you before the wedding to work out any themes or ideas you would like to bring into the entertainment. Do you have a particular theme Ian can bring into his magic? Does a guest has a fun nickname we can reveal? A special place from your story as a couple or a funny story that will make your guests go “WOW!”? Ian will arrange a meeting beforehand where all these options can be discussed and put into action to make your day as special and unique as you are.
